Staff+ at Grace City

Grace City, we’re stepping into a season of leadership development—and we’re excited to introduce something brand‑new: Staff+.

Staff+ is a volunteer team of men and women who love Jesus, love this house, and want to give some of their time and energy to strengthen what God is doing here. Staff+ team members serve behind the scenes, grow in discipleship, and join our Grace City staff for weekly meetings, monthly development with our pastors, and optional off‑site retreats.

Ministry Areas

Staff+ opportunities are available across many areas of ministry. Below are the 12 Staff+ roles offered for the 2026–27 school year. Click on any role to view a detailed job description.

Campus Admin Staff+ Position — Provides administrative and organizational support to the ENC team to help campus ministry run smoothly.

Campus Ministry Staff+ Position — Trains emerging leaders in campus ministry through discipleship, evangelism, and hands‑on leadership with ENC.

Communications Staff+ Position — Helps craft clear, compelling communication that tells stories, supports ministries, and reinforces Grace City’s discipleship pathway.

Ekklesia Admin Staff+ Position — Supports Ekklesia leaders and staff through communication, organization, attendance tracking, and administrative systems.

Facilities & Grounds Staff+ Position — Helps maintain excellent indoor and outdoor environments that support ministry, hospitality, and Sunday readiness.

KidCity Staff+ Position — Serves kids and families through teaching, lesson planning, volunteer coordination, and Sunday leadership within KidCity.

Media Staff+ Position — Supports creative storytelling through photography, video, livestream, graphics, and Sunday production.

Ministry Events Staff+ Position — Helps plan and execute church‑wide events that create welcoming, joyful, and spiritually meaningful environments.

Prayer Team Staff+ Position — Supports the prayer ministry through intercession, volunteer coordination, communication, and cultivating a culture of prayer.

Web Design Staff+ Position — Manages and updates the Grace City website, supporting digital communication, UX design, and brand consistency.

Worship Staff+ Position — Helps prepare and lead worship environments through rehearsals, production support, and Sunday service involvement.

Youth Staff+ Position — Invests in middle and high school students through discipleship, gatherings, school engagement, and youth ministry leadership.
