Leading an Ekklesia isn’t about having it all together. It’s about being willing to be used by God. Ekklesias are at the heart of Grace City, and we’re thankful for your desire to step into an Ekklesia leadership role.
To lead an Ekklesia well, we’ve found that a few key steps are helpful in preparing you for that role. This 4-step equipping process is as follows:
Step One: Fill out the new leader interest form.
Let us know about yourself and your interest in leading a group.
Step Two: Complete GC Connect.
We ask all our Ekklesia leaders to complete all four steps of GC Connect prior to leading an Ekklesia. To RSVP for the next step of GC Connect, click the link below.
Step Three: Watch the training videos.
Step Four: Submit the Ekklesia Leader Application and meet with an Ekklesia Coach.
Leaders don’t walk alone. We want every Ekklesia leader to have someone to walk with for support, encouragement, and ongoing growth.
